Noci’s Roots: Inspired by Italy, Made for the Neighbourhood

Noci: Fresh Pasta, Modern Flavours, and Seasonal Spritzes

There’s a little town in Puglia called Noci – the name means ‘walnut’ in Italian, thanks to the trees that grow all around it. But it’s not just known for its walnuts. It’s known for bringing people together. Farmers, travellers, locals, they’d gather under the trees to share food, stories, and a glass of something good.

That feeling stuck with us. When we opened Noci in London, we wanted to create the kind of place that brings people together in the same way, over bowls of pasta, seasonal spritzes, and a few hours well spent.

From rich ragùs to bold flavour pairings, our modern pasta restaurants celebrate quality ingredients and creative cooking. We keep things seasonal, always evolving, and never over-complicated.

And while pasta is our first love, our house spritzes come a close second. Think Italian-inspired flavour, seasonal twists, and the perfect way to ease into dinner.

You’ll find us in Shoreditch, Richmond, Battersea, or Islington – your local pasta restaurant, wherever you are in London. Whether it’s a midweek dinner, date night, or weekend treat, we’re here to make it delicious.

This is pasta, the modern way. Made for London.
